My Story

I was injured at work on February 2nd, 2022 (2/2/22). Weird, right? I had a complete de-gloving of my left hand (if you choose to look up de-gloving, be warned, its graphic) and I suffered severe injury to my fingers. I lost my index and middle finger, but retained half my pinky and ring finger.  After I was injured, I was honestly scared what my life was going to look like.  I began posting on social media as a way to express myself and improve my mental health. It began to work. Fast forward to 2026 and I have amassed a community of over 50,000 people! I enjoy advocating and spreading awareness to the limb difference community, and adding humor along the way. This community is full of wonderful people and I am proud to be apart of it.
